ہو اگر خود نگر و خود گر و خود گیر خودی
یہ بھی ممکن ہے کہ تو موت سے بھی مر نہ سکے
If Khudi is under these qualities "Self vigilance", "Self molding", "Self Critical"
Then Its possible that even death cant kill you

خدا اگر دلِ فطرت شناس دے تجھکو
سکوتِ لالہ و گل سے کلام پیدا کر
اٹھا نہ شیشہ گرانِ فرنگ کا احساں
سفالِ ہند سے مینا و جام پیدا کر
If god grants you a heart of nature that can understand nature (fitrah),
Create poetry(talking Kalaam) from the silence of Tulips and roses.
My ghazal is the essence of my life-blood,
Create thy elixir of life out ‘of this essence.
